Brianne Garrettson DeSellier, Esq.

bri.jpgBrianne is a Florida-based attorney and legal analyst. She graduated in the top 1% of her law school class at St. Thomas University, where she was named salutatorian of her graduating class. She is a member of the Florida Bar and a member of the United States Tax Court Bar. In addition, she holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Miami, and she has successfully completed the CPA exam. She is currently pursuing an LL.M in Taxation from NYU School of Law, the number one program in the Nation according to U.S. News & World Report.

Brianne currently resides in Fort Lauderdale where she is employed by one of the largest public accounting and consulting firms in the Nation. In addition, she serves as a pro bono attorney for Legal Aid of Broward County in IRS controversy cases. In the past, Brianne worked at St. Thomas University's Tax Clinic where she defended low-income taxpayers before the United StatesTax Court and in negotiations with the Internal Revenue Service.
